Worked at TIASUR: Jr. Researcher of the Department of Industrial Electronics (1974-1979); at SORAN (1980-2004); at TUSUR: Professor of the Department of Telecommunications and Fundamentals of Radio Engineering (since 2004). Research interests - scientific instrumentation, the creation of microwave radiometric systems for remote sensing of the Earth and the World Ocean, medical deep radiothermometry. Head of 20 R&D projects carried out under the programs of fundamental research of SORAN "New devices and automation equipment of the highest category of complexity", FTP "Scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of innovative Russia", the program of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation "Development of the scientific potential of higher education", five grants RFBR.
