Leonid I. Babak, Dr.Sc., Ph.D., Professor, Vice-Director of Nanotechnology Center, TUSUR.

Graduated from Radio Engineering Faculty of Tomsk State University of Control System and Radioelectronics in 1971. Received a PhD in Engineering Science in 1983; Doctor of Engineering Sciences in Microwave Engineering from TUSUR, in 2012

Research interests: MMIC design, computer-aided design, synthesis of microwave active/passive circuits, evolutionary electronics, “visual” design techniques. More than 250 scientific publications.
