Dmitriev Vladimir Dmitrievich graduated from the Tomsk Institute of Automated Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TIASUR); currently - Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) in 1978. From 1978 to 1998 he worked in the research sector of TUSUR. In 1987 he defended his thesis and received the degree of candidate of technical sciences. Since 1998 he has been working at the Department of Telecommunications and Fundamentals of Radio Engineering (TOP) as an associate professor.
