Feodor I. Sheyerman received Engineer Diploma and PhD degree from Tomsk State University of Control System and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), Russia, in 2004 and 2007 respectively.

He is currently an Associate Professor at the Computer Control and Design Systems and Leading Researcher of Laboratory of Intelligent Computer Systems (LICS), TUSUR. He specializes in design of RF and microwave circuits, IC design, MMIC measurement and manufacturing technologies.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of RFIC and MMIC design. He is a cofounder of the “TUSUR-Electronica” IC design company, a spinoff of TUSUR University.
