Vladimir Spitsyn

He is an author of more than 120 scientific articles and published works in conference books. Scientific articles are published in peer-reviewed journals and included in the current lists of peer-reviewed scientific publications of the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles of the Russian Federation, RSCI and Scopus.

Areas of scientific activity:

- investigation of the mechanisms of formation of ionospheric plasma disturbances created by a launched spacecraft and their impact on the parameters of electromagnetic communication channels;

- simulation of synchronization processes of oscillator neural networks;

- development of a neuroevolution method for digital image processing.
