Dmitry Baraksanov

In 2003 he graduated from Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) with a degree in Automated Information Processing and Control Systems, in 2004 he received a Master of Engineering and Technology degree in Informatics and Computer Science.
From 2014 to 2016, he studied in the postgraduate programme of TUSUR at the Department of Automation of Information Processing. In 2016, he defended his thesis on "Mathematical and software support of decision making in the promotion of software products in the corporate market".
From 2011 to October 2017, he worked as the head of the Centre of Web Technologies and Information Resources (CWTIR) of TUSUR.
He led the implementation of contractual works on development of websites of the Tomsk Oblast Administration, a number of departments of the Tomsk Oblast Administration, websites of annual innovation forums held in Tomsk. This activity was repeatedly rewarded with letters of appreciation.
He led and directly participated in the development, maintenance and development of university-wide web-oriented information systems and sites, forming the electronic information and educational environment of the university. He is the co-author of five computer programs registered with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property.
The scientific activity is related to the development of models, methods and algorithms for decision support in the promotion of software products, change management of software products and technologies of software implementation of automated information systems.
