Gubin Evgeny Petrovich graduated from high school in 1966 in the town of Tomsk.

In 1972 he graduated from the Tomsk Polytechnic Institute, Department of Organization of Production.

From 1975 to 1978 With a break, he studied at the postgraduate course of the Moscow State Academy of Management.
