Valentina Zinovieva

Valentina Ivanovna Zinovieva was born in 1949, graduated in 1971 Faculty of History and Philology of Tomsk State University. Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor. Since 1986 she works at Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR). In 1982 she defended candidate’s dissertation, in 1991 she was granted with a degree of associate professor, nowadays she is a senior researcher in the Research Center of TUSUR. Director of Center for accessible education.

V.I. Zinovieva is the author of more than 70 scientific works, 5 monographs (with co-authors), including more than 10 Scopus and Web of Science reviewed journals. Author of 5 study guides. Since 2009 she is a head of scientific school named “Supporting social adaptation of disabled students in a technical university”. In 2011 she created Center for social adaptation of disabled students (in 2019 renamed in Center for accessible education).

V.I. Zinovieva undertook several internships: University of Salzburg (Austria, 2006), Kent University (UK, 2007), University of Tampere (Finland, 2011), Eurasian National University n.a. L.N. Gumilev (Kazakhstan, 2016), University of Humboldt (Germany, 2018).
